Return and Refund Policy

Return, Exchange & Credit Policy – Plastic Center

This policy governs all purchases made from Plastic Center. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the terms outlined below.

1. Returns & Exchanges

Returns are permitted subject to the conditions stated herein.

All transportation charges (both forward and reverse) shall be borne entirely by the customer once the order has been dispatched, irrespective of the reason for return or exchange.

Plastic Center does not provide refunds under any circumstances.

In the event of an approved return, a Credit Note equivalent to the product value (excluding logistics charges) shall be issued.

The Credit Note shall be non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and valid for future purchases only.

2. Non-Acceptance of Delivery / Transit Refusal

If the customer refuses to accept delivery, or

If the shipment is returned due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or any other customer-related issue,

➡️ The customer shall be liable to pay both forward and reverse transportation charges.

3. Delivery Delays

Plastic Center shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners or unforeseen circumstances.

In all such cases, the order shall not be cancelled on the grounds of delay, and any return or cancellation initiated shall attract to-and-fro transportation charges payable by the customer.

4. Damaged / Defective Products

Any damage, defect, or discrepancy must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with relevant photographic or video evidence.

Claims raised beyond this period shall not be entertained under any circumstances.

Upon verification, Plastic Center reserves the sole and absolute right to determine the appropriate resolution, including replacement, repair, or issuance of a Credit Note.

5. Conditions for Return Eligibility

Products must be returned in unused condition, with original packaging, tags, and all accompanying materials intact.

Plastic Center reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet the above conditions.

6. Limitation of Liability

Plastic Center’s liability is strictly limited to the value of the product purchased.

Under no circumstances shall Plastic Center be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
